Surf Relik is a fairly new organization focused on longboard surfing competition. They reached out to local surfers and filmmakers to collaborate and produce surf promos for local amateur and pro surfers. Haley Otto, who is sponsored by Billabong and several other large brands in the surf community teamed up with our in-house videographer and photographer to create the 1st place video. We searched waves every morning starting at 5am to make sure conditions and logistics met all the appropriate criteria.
